ISSUE:
Opening the program on your PC causes the error, "The Dynamic Link Library RAPI.dll was not found in the specified path."
RESOLUTION:
This error occurs when you do not have ActiveSync® installed on your computer. To resolve this, download and install the latest version of ActiveSync® on your PC.
