QUESTION:
I am customizing a keyboard. I want to customize a second keyboard, but it won't open. What now?
ANSWER:
You cannot have more than one keyboard editing screen open at the same time. Close the open Edit Custom Keyboards screen. Then you will be able to open another one for customizing.
